The Syrian government is using Chemicals weapons on civilians again now that they have Russian air support. What a disaster.

I agree with John Kerry that we need to use standoff weapons against the Syrian government in order to bring them to take the peace process seriously and respect the lives of civilians.

We are going to have to have troops permanently stationed in Iraq and Syria.
we have troops everywhere the US military has ever set foot.

everywhere. and Obama leaving a bad taste in your mouth should have been the 2012 RNC theme.
You sure don't have troops in Vietnam.

are you sure, sensei? just because Robin Williams killed himself doesn't mean there isn't an American presences in Vietnam. Americans leave a trail similar to a snail, you may not see them but there is a gloss that is undeniable. You know, like the one in Laos that leads directly to the west coast, where you find both Hmong and Laotians "resettled" in communities that have a garden in the center of it.

The difference is the Laotians have learned English, drive Japanese cars, and don't burn the house down by building a cooking fire in the front room.

While American's complain about spending too much on the military and not enough on free stuff, this is happening without end.

His older brother died and his mother is critical. We could stop this. But America is too cowardly and its people too spoiled to want to get it done.

Because you abuse this kind of stuff to undermine people's character like all the time. This is old-hat Macbeth. I doubt you'll even remember this photo existed after you're done with this topic.

caring about hurt children and geopolitics are not in the same mental category for me. you can show me as many distressing photos as you want, it isn't going to lead to smarter policy or meaningful action. you're being sensationalist and melodramatic.
